The Dental Assisting program is offering a mouthguard clinic for Whittier students. Please complete this form to register for a day to stay after to have your mouthguard made. Students must be able to stay after from 2 PM to 3 PM. Students must select a date and pay the $5.00 fee which covers the material cost. Only students that have registered and and made payment by Thursday 2/1/24 will be able to have a mouth guard made. Students will receive an email confirmation to their student account once registration and payment have been confirmed.
